How to manage pages in Notability

Use page management tools in Notability without breaking your planner setup.

Use these steps to work with NozomuNoto PDF planners, notebooks, stickers, covers, and template pages in Notability. The official links below are for downloads, updates, and current help pages.

Before you start

  • Make page changes on a working copy, then test links before writing a lot.
  • If the file is a ZIP, extract it before importing the PDF, PNG sticker, cover, or other app-supported file.
  • After the first step, test one Index link, one writing mark, and one page action before setting up the whole planner.

Safe Notability page management

1. Copy template pages before writing

Use Content Manager to copy or duplicate a clean NozomuNoto template page before writing on it.

2. Be careful with linked planner pages

Moving core pages such as Index, dated monthly pages, weekly pages, or linked sections can make navigation harder. Make big experiments in a copied note.

3. Test navigation after page changes

After adding, cutting, copying, duplicating, or moving pages, return to Index and test a few main links before writing more.

If page actions get confusing

Keep the original NozomuNoto PDF outside Notability. If a working note becomes messy, re-import a fresh planner copy and move only the notes or copied pages you still need.
