Use these steps to work with NozomuNoto PDF planners, notebooks, stickers, covers, and template pages in Notability. The official links below are for downloads, updates, and current help pages.
Before you start
- Extract sticker ZIP files first and test one sticker before building a full decorated spread.
- If the file is a ZIP, extract it before importing the PDF, PNG sticker, cover, or other app-supported file.
- After the first step, test one Index link, one writing mark, and one page action before setting up the whole planner.

Use stickers in Notability
- Extract the sticker ZIP and save the PNG stickers where Notability can access them.
- Open the planner page.
- Open the Toolbox and choose the media/insert tool.
- Choose Stickers for Notability sticker content, or Photos to insert PNG stickers from your device.

Notability sticker checks
1. PNG stickers are images
Use Photos or the media tool for NozomuNoto PNG stickers. Keep the original PNG folder organized outside Notability.
2. Notability stickers are app objects
Use the Stickers option for stickers saved inside Notability. Use Photos/images for PNG files from NozomuNoto products.
3. Test one sticker first
Place one sticker, resize it, and zoom in. If it looks blurry, delete it and insert the original PNG again without stretching it too far.
