Use these steps to work with NozomuNoto PDF planners, notebooks, stickers, covers, and template pages in Noteshelf. The official links below are for downloads, updates, and current help pages.
Before you start
- Duplicate a clean template first, then write on the copy so the master page stays reusable.
- If the file is a ZIP, extract it before importing the PDF, PNG sticker, cover, or other app-supported file.
- After the first step, test one Index link, one writing mark, and one page action before setting up the whole planner.

Use template pages in Noteshelf
- Open the planner and go to the NozomuNoto Template Pages section.
- Tap the Pages icon to open page previews.
- Find the clean template page before writing on it.
- Use the page preview actions to duplicate or copy the template page.
- Move the copy to the section where you want to use it, then keep the original template clean.
NozomuNoto templates and Noteshelf paper are different
NozomuNoto Template Pages are PDF pages inside the planner. Noteshelf paper templates are app backgrounds. Both can be useful, but they are not the same thing. For linked planner use, start from the NozomuNoto template page.
Useful template workflow
- Find the clean page. Use the Index or Pages view.
- Duplicate before writing. Write on the copy, not the master template page.
- Move or bookmark the working copy. Keep it near the section where you use it or bookmark it while active.
- Keep the original PDF outside Noteshelf. That is the reset copy if the template master gets filled.
If the clean template is already filled
Re-import the original PDF, find the clean template page, duplicate it again, and keep the new working copy clearly bookmarked or near the right section.
