Use these steps to work with NozomuNoto PDF planners, notebooks, stickers, covers, and template pages in Noteshelf. The official links below are for downloads, updates, and current help pages.
Before you start
- Bookmark only pages you reopen often, such as Index, current month, current week, or a copied template.
- If the file is a ZIP, extract it before importing the PDF, PNG sticker, cover, or other app-supported file.
- After the first step, test one Index link, one writing mark, and one page action before setting up the whole planner.

Bookmark pages in Noteshelf
- Open the notebook or imported PDF.
- Tap the Pages icon.
- Find the page preview you want to save.
- Tap the Bookmark icon on the right corner of that preview page.
- Long-tap the Bookmark icon in Pages Preview if you want more bookmark options such as naming or color.
Bookmark only useful shortcuts
Bookmarks are most helpful when they stay short. Save the pages that make daily planning easier, not every page that looks interesting.
Good bookmark choices
- Index: best if you want one master jump point.
- This Month: best for dates, bills, deadlines, and appointments.
- This Week: best for current tasks and focus.
- Notes: best for ideas that do not belong on the daily page yet.
- One active template: project, class, tracker, routine, or review page you keep reopening.
If bookmarks become messy
Remove old project, week, or experiment bookmarks. A small list with five useful pages is better than a long list you stop opening.
