Use these steps to work with NozomuNoto PDF planners, notebooks, stickers, covers, and template pages in Noteshelf. The official links below are for downloads, updates, and current help pages.
Before you start
- Use a cover made for the same planner size and orientation so it fits the document cleanly.
- If the file is a ZIP, extract it before importing the PDF, PNG sticker, cover, or other app-supported file.
- After the first step, test one Index link, one writing mark, and one page action before setting up the whole planner.

Change the visible cover in Noteshelf
- Open the cover file or cover page included with the NozomuNoto product.
- Copy or duplicate the cover page you want to use.
- Open the planner and tap the Pages icon.
- Move the new cover page to the front of the planner.
- Return to the Noteshelf library and confirm the planner thumbnail shows the cover you want.
Simple cover rule
Use a cover made for the same orientation and product size. A landscape cover belongs with a landscape planner. A portrait cover belongs with a portrait planner. This keeps the page from looking stretched or cropped.
If the cover does not look right
1. Wrong orientation
What happens: the cover looks squeezed, cropped, or awkward in the planner.
What to do: choose a cover file made for the same planner orientation.
2. The planner structure gets messy
What happens: page order feels confusing after moving cover pages.
What to do: return to a clean imported copy and change only the cover page, not dated planner pages.
