Use these steps to work with NozomuNoto PDF planners, notebooks, stickers, covers, and template pages in Noteshelf. The official links below are for downloads, updates, and current help pages.
Before you start
- Extract sticker ZIP files first and test one sticker before building a full decorated spread.
- If the file is a ZIP, extract it before importing the PDF, PNG sticker, cover, or other app-supported file.
- After the first step, test one Index link, one writing mark, and one page action before setting up the whole planner.

- Long-tap a placed sticker for actions such as Delete, Resize, Rotate, Cut, Copy, Paste, Lock, Bring to front, or Send to back.
Sticker checks
1. Use the original PNG
NozomuNoto PNG stickers should be inserted as images unless you are intentionally using Noteshelf built-in sticker tools. Extract the sticker ZIP first so the PNG files are visible.
2. Keep the first test small
Place one sticker, resize it, close and reopen the planner, and check that it still looks clear.
3. Avoid stretching tiny stickers too far
If a sticker looks blurry, delete it and insert the original PNG again at a smaller size. For more detail, use the Help Center article about blurry stickers.
