How to use planner hyperlinks in Kilonotes

Use built-in PDF links, tabs, and buttons in Kilonotes.

Use these steps to work with NozomuNoto PDF planners, notebooks, stickers, covers, and template pages in Kilonotes. The official links below are for downloads, updates, and current help pages.

Before you start

  • Open the original PDF and test links before decorating, duplicating, or exporting pages.
  • If the file is a ZIP, extract it before importing the PDF, PNG sticker, cover, or other app-supported file.
  • After the first step, test one Index link, one writing mark, and one page action before setting up the whole planner.

Tap planner links in Kilonotes on iPad

  1. Open the imported NozomuNoto planner.
  2. Tap the hand / navigation tool on the top toolbar before using planner links.

  3. Tap a planner tab, index item, month, week, or linked button.

  4. If the tap writes, selects, or opens a tool instead, tap the hand / navigation tool again and test the link before editing more pages.
  5. Keep one clean copy of the original PDF outside Kilonotes so you can re-import if a heavily edited copy starts behaving strangely.
