How to bookmark pages in Kilonotes

Before you start

  • Bookmark only pages you reopen often, such as Index, current month, current week, or a copied template.
  • If the file is a ZIP, extract it before importing the PDF, PNG sticker, cover, or other app-supported file.
  • After the first step, test one Index link, one writing mark, and one page action before setting up the whole planner.

Create custom bookmarks in Kilonotes on iPad

  1. Open the page you want to save, such as Index, current month, current week, Today, or a favorite template.
  2. Open the Kilonotes page / navigation panel.

  3. Switch to the outline-style tab, then tap the create outline/bookmark button.
  4. Enter a clear title, choose H1, H2, or H3, then tap Link current page or type a page number.

  5. Tap Confirm to save it.
  6. Use the custom outline entry to jump back to that page later. In these screenshots, the custom outline workflow is the bookmark-style workflow.
