How to use template pages in CollaNote

Duplicate and reuse NozomuNoto template pages inside CollaNote.

Use these steps to work with NozomuNoto PDF planners, notebooks, stickers, covers, and template pages in CollaNote. The official links below are for downloads, updates, and current help pages.

Before you start

  • Duplicate a clean template first, then write on the copy so the master page stays reusable.
  • If the file is a ZIP, extract it before importing the PDF, PNG sticker, cover, or other app-supported file.
  • After the first step, test one Index link, one writing mark, and one page action before setting up the whole planner.

  4. If CollaNote shows app paper/template choices, remember those are CollaNote paper styles, not the linked NozomuNoto PDF template pages.
  5. Use bookmarks or the outline/list panel to return to the clean NozomuNoto template page.
  6. Keep one clean original template page untouched so you can copy or reference it again later.

NozomuNoto templates and CollaNote paper are different

NozomuNoto Template Pages are PDF pages inside the planner. CollaNote paper or template choices are app backgrounds. Both can be useful, but they are not the same thing. For planner consistency, start with the NozomuNoto template page first.

Useful template workflow

  1. Find the clean page. Use the Index or page thumbnails.
  2. Make a working copy only when the app supports it clearly. Use the visible duplicate, insert, or page menu controls from your CollaNote version.
  3. Bookmark the active copy. Save only the version you are using this week.
  4. Keep the original PDF outside CollaNote. That is the reset copy if a template page is filled by accident.

If the clean template is already filled

Re-import the original NozomuNoto PDF and return to the clean template page. This is usually faster than erasing a busy page back to blank.
