How to bookmark pages in CollaNote

Mark important planner pages so they are faster to find in CollaNote.

Use these steps to work with NozomuNoto PDF planners, notebooks, stickers, covers, and template pages in CollaNote. The official links below are for downloads, updates, and current help pages.

Before you start

  • Bookmark only pages you reopen often, such as Index, current month, current week, or a copied template.
  • If the file is a ZIP, extract it before importing the PDF, PNG sticker, cover, or other app-supported file.
  • After the first step, test one Index link, one writing mark, and one page action before setting up the whole planner.

Bookmark only useful shortcuts

Bookmarks help most when they stay short. Use them for pages that reduce daily friction, not every page that looks nice.

Good bookmark choices

  1. Index: best if you want one master jump point.
  2. This Month: best for deadlines, bills, appointments, and fixed dates.
  3. This Week: best for the current focus page.
  4. Today: useful if the daily page is part of the routine.
  5. One active template: project, class, routine, tracker, or notes page you keep reopening.

If bookmarks become messy

Remove temporary bookmarks when the project, week, or routine is done. A small bookmark list should feel like a dashboard, not a second table of contents.
