How to manage pages in Samsung Notes

Use page management tools in Samsung Notes without breaking your planner setup.

Use these steps to work with NozomuNoto PDF planners, notebooks, stickers, covers, and template pages in Samsung Notes. The official links below are for downloads, updates, and current help pages.

Before you start

  • Make page changes on a working copy, then test links before writing a lot.
  • If the file is a ZIP, extract it before importing the PDF, PNG sticker, cover, or other app-supported file.
  • After the first step, test one Index link, one writing mark, and one page action before setting up the whole planner.

  6. After copying, cutting, deleting, or adding pages, test the Index and a few planner tabs again.
  7. If the page sorter or page action menu is missing, set Split pages first and re-import a fresh copy of the PDF.

Best practice

Use Samsung Notes for light page management. For lots of template duplication, page rearranging, and sticker-heavy planning, use a planner-first Android app such as Penly.
