How to use template pages in Kilonotes

Duplicate and reuse NozomuNoto template pages inside Kilonotes.

Use these steps to work with NozomuNoto PDF planners, notebooks, stickers, covers, and template pages in Kilonotes. The official links below are for downloads, updates, and current help pages.

Before you start

  • Duplicate a clean template first, then write on the copy so the master page stays reusable.
  • If the file is a ZIP, extract it before importing the PDF, PNG sticker, cover, or other app-supported file.
  • After the first step, test one Index link, one writing mark, and one page action before setting up the whole planner.

Use template pages in Kilonotes on Android

  1. Open the NozomuNoto Template Pages section and find the clean template page you want to reuse.
  2. Open the page thumbnails / Smart navigation panel from the top-left page button.

  3. Tap the page thumbnail menu for the clean template page.
  4. Choose Copy paper, then use Paste paper where Kilonotes lets you place the copy.

  5. If you want a blank inserted page instead, use Add paper and choose Before page, After page, or Last page.

  6. Keep one clean original template page untouched and write on the copied page.
