How to manage pages in Kilonotes

Use page management tools in Kilonotes without breaking your planner setup.

Use these steps to work with NozomuNoto PDF planners, notebooks, stickers, covers, and template pages in Kilonotes. The official links below are for downloads, updates, and current help pages.

Before you start

  • Make page changes on a working copy, then test links before writing a lot.
  • If the file is a ZIP, extract it before importing the PDF, PNG sticker, cover, or other app-supported file.
  • After the first step, test one Index link, one writing mark, and one page action before setting up the whole planner.

Copy and add pages in Kilonotes on Android

  1. Open the imported planner and open the page thumbnails / Smart navigation panel.

  2. Tap the thumbnail menu for the page you want to reuse.
  3. Choose Copy paper, then choose Paste paper to create the reusable copy.

  4. Use Add paper when you want a new blank or built-in Kilonotes page, then choose Before page, After page, or Last page.

  5. Use copied pages mainly for NozomuNoto template pages. Avoid rearranging dated planner pages unless you have tested links afterward.
  6. After copying or adding pages, test Index, one monthly tab, and one weekly or daily link.
