Use these steps to work with NozomuNoto PDF planners and notebooks on other e-reader devices. E-readers are best for calm writing, reading, bookmarks, page review, and light annotation, so this guide keeps the setup simple and points out where a tablet app may still be better.
Before you start
- Open the original PDF and test links before decorating, duplicating, or exporting pages.
- If the product arrives in a ZIP, extract it first, then transfer the PDF file your e-reader can open.
- After the first step, test one Index link, one writing mark, and one page action before setting up the whole planner.
Official source links
Use these for current app downloads, app updates, and vendor support.
Tool icons to look for
E-reader icons can move a little by model and firmware version. Use these as the action cues while you follow the steps below, then check the official help link above when your screen looks different.
Use links and navigation on an e-reader
- Open the original imported PDF planner or notebook on other e-reader devices.
- Go to the NozomuNoto Index, a monthly tab, a section tab, or another printed planner link.
- Check three things before relying on the planner: can the device open the PDF, can it follow internal links, and can it write or annotate on the page.
- If a tap writes on the page instead of moving, leave writing mode and switch to the reader, view, hand, navigation, or page-browsing tool your device provides.
- If internal links are not supported on your exact e-reader workflow, use contents, bookmarks, page overview, folders, page numbers, and the NozomuNoto Index page as your return path.
E-reader navigation note
E-readers do not all handle PDF links the same way. Test links before filling the planner. If links are limited, the planner can still work as a written PDF planner with bookmarks, contents, page overview, and clear file names.
