Use these steps to work with NozomuNoto PDF planners, notebooks, stickers, covers, and template pages in Kilonotes. The official links below are for downloads, updates, and current help pages.
Before you start
- Test a fresh copy first so the problem is not caused by an edited, flattened, or exported file.
- If the file is a ZIP, extract it before importing the PDF, PNG sticker, cover, or other app-supported file.
- After the first step, test one Index link, one writing mark, and one page action before setting up the whole planner.

Kilonotes Android problems to check first
- The planner is missing: return to the Kilonotes library, tap Create, choose Import, and select the extracted PDF again.
Create > ImportIf the planner is missing, import it from Create > Import. Product shown: Yume Techo Academic 26-27 Landscape. - Planner links do not move: tap the hand / navigation tool and test the same link again before writing more.
Hand / navigation toolIf planner links do not move, switch to the hand / navigation tool. Product shown: Yume Techo Academic 26-27 Landscape. - Page tools feel hidden: open the page thumbnails / Smart navigation panel and use the thumbnail menu.
Copy paper / Paste paperIf page copying feels hidden, open thumbnails and use Copy paper or Paste paper. Product shown: Yume Techo Academic 26-27 Landscape. - A template copy went wrong: return to the clean template page and use Copy paper and Paste paper again.
Custom outline bookmarkIf you want a bookmark, create a custom outline entry and link the current page. Product shown: Yume Techo Academic 26-27 Landscape. - Bookmarks are confusing: create one custom outline entry with a clear name, H1/H2/H3 level, and Link current page.
Picture / image toolIf sticker insertion is confusing, test one image with the picture / image tool. Product shown: Yume Techo Academic 26-27 Landscape. - Stickers or images feel heavy: insert one small PNG first and keep large decorative pages lighter.
When to start fresh
Re-import a clean copy when the working planner has too many page experiments, wrong copies, or heavy images. Keeping the original PDF outside Kilonotes makes this reset easy.
