How to download and access your NozomuNoto files

Find your NozomuNoto files after purchase, open Library access, download Etsy or website files, save Google Drive files, extract ZIP folders, and choose the right PDF, PNG, or instruction file.

Need to open your files now? Go to NozomuNoto Library first. The Library verifies your purchase with your Etsy order number or synced email.

Use this page when you bought a NozomuNoto digital planner, notebook, stickers, covers, or tutorial file and cannot find the correct download. It also helps when the email is missing, Etsy opens in the app, Google Drive only shows a preview, the file is still inside a ZIP, or your app cannot import the file yet.

The safest order is simple: find the purchase, save the files to your device, extract ZIP folders, then import the correct PDF or image file into your app.

Quick path

  1. Open NozomuNoto Library if your product uses Library or Builder access. Use your Etsy order number first if you have it. Email access can take longer to sync.
  2. If you bought on Etsy, use Etsy in a browser. Open etsy.com in Safari, Chrome, or a desktop browser, then go to Purchases and Reviews.
  3. If you bought on nozomunoto.com, use the order email or account page. Search your inbox for NozomuNoto, the product name, order confirmation, download, or receipt.
  4. Save files before importing. On iPad, save to the Files app. On Android, save to Downloads, My Files, Drive, or another folder you can find again.
  5. Extract ZIP files before using them. A ZIP is a package. Open the extracted folder, then import the PDF, PNG, app-specific GoodNotes file, or instruction file inside.

Download from Etsy

  1. Open Etsy in Safari, Chrome, or a desktop browser. The Etsy app can show your order, but Etsy digital files are downloaded from the website.
  2. Go to Purchases and Reviews. Find the NozomuNoto order and choose Download Files.
  3. Download every file shown for the order. Some listings include a main PDF, ZIP folder, instructions, stickers, covers, color index, or access links.
  4. Save the files to a clear folder. Example: Files app > On My iPad > NozomuNoto > Product Name.
  5. Open the correct file after saving. Import the PDF planner or notebook into your note app. Import PNG files as stickers, widgets, covers, or images.

Download from nozomunoto.com

  1. Open the order email first. Search for NozomuNoto, the product name, order confirmation, download, receipt, or Library.
  2. Check the website account or order page if you used one. Use the same email used at checkout.
  3. Open NozomuNoto Library for Library or Builder products. Verify with the order number or synced email, then open the product card.
  4. Download the finished file before importing. If the product uses Builder, wait until the page says the file is ready, then tap the Download file button.
  5. Keep the original download as a backup. Import a working copy into your planner app.

Download from Google Drive

  1. Open the Google Drive link in a browser. Safari or Chrome is usually easier than an app preview screen.
  2. Use Download, not only preview. A Drive preview lets you look at the file. The file still needs to be downloaded or saved before import.
  3. Download large folders one file at a time if needed. Large Drive folders can be slow. Folder downloads may save as ZIP files.
  4. Check device storage. Large planners, sticker packs, and ZIP folders need enough free space to download and extract.
  5. If Drive shows a request-access screen, send a message with the product name and exact link location. Include where you found the link, such as Etsy download file, receipt, or product instructions.

Choose the right file after download

  • PDF: import into GoodNotes, Notability, Noteshelf, Penly, Samsung Notes, Boox, Supernote, or another PDF annotation app.
  • PNG: use as stickers, widgets, covers, or image inserts.
  • ZIP: extract first, then open the files inside the extracted folder.
  • App-specific GoodNotes file: open or import it in GoodNotes if the product includes a GoodNotes version.
  • Instruction or access PDF: open it first if the download looks small. Access PDFs contain links to the full product folder.

Common problems

  • The Etsy app does not show Download Files. Open Etsy in a mobile browser or computer instead.
  • The email is missing. Check spam, junk, promotions, social tabs, and the email used at checkout.
  • The file only previews. Look for Download, Save to Files, Open in, Share, or the browser download icon.
  • The app cannot import the file. Make sure the ZIP is extracted and that you are importing the PDF, not the ZIP package or preview page.
  • Google Drive will not download. Try a browser, check storage, allow Drive downloads/cookies if your browser blocks them, or download one file at a time.
  • Library email verification is not the main path yet. Use the Etsy order number from your Etsy receipt, especially right after purchase.

What to send if you still cannot access the files

Send the purchase platform, order number, product name, purchase email, device, browser, app, and the exact step where the download stops. If there is an error message, request-access screen, blank page, or stuck download history, include a screenshot.
