How to use template pages in Flexcil

Duplicate and reuse NozomuNoto template pages inside Flexcil.

Use these steps to work with NozomuNoto PDF planners, notebooks, stickers, covers, and template pages in Flexcil. The official links below are for downloads, updates, and current help pages.

Before you start

  • Duplicate a clean template first, then write on the copy so the master page stays reusable.
  • If the file is a ZIP, extract it before importing the PDF, PNG sticker, cover, or other app-supported file.
  • After the first step, test one Index link, one writing mark, and one page action before setting up the whole planner.

  5. Tap Duplicate Page before writing on the template.
  6. Write on the duplicated page and keep the original NozomuNoto template clean.
  7. After duplicating, switch to Gesture mode and test the Index or a planner tab again.

Template safety rule

Use Duplicate Page first. The clean template is your master copy. If it gets filled by accident, import a fresh NozomuNoto copy, find the clean template again, and duplicate from that clean copy.

Useful template workflow

  1. Find the clean page. Use the Index or Page Navigation thumbnails.
  2. Duplicate before writing. Write on the duplicate, not the original template.
  3. Bookmark active copies. Bookmark only the copied template pages that are currently useful.
  4. Review later. Delete or archive old experiment copies when they are no longer needed.

If the clean template is already filled

Do not spend a long time erasing. Re-import the original PDF, find the clean template page, duplicate it again, and keep the new working copy clearly bookmarked.
