How to manage pages in Flexcil

Use page management tools in Flexcil without breaking your planner setup.

Use these steps to work with NozomuNoto PDF planners, notebooks, stickers, covers, and template pages in Flexcil. The official links below are for downloads, updates, and current help pages.

Before you start

  • Make page changes on a working copy, then test links before writing a lot.
  • If the file is a ZIP, extract it before importing the PDF, PNG sticker, cover, or other app-supported file.
  • After the first step, test one Index link, one writing mark, and one page action before setting up the whole planner.

Manage pages in Flexcil

  1. Open the document in Flexcil.
  2. Open Page Navigation so the thumbnails appear on the right.

  3. Find the page you want to manage.
  4. Open the page action menu under that thumbnail.

  5. Use the visible Flexcil actions: Add Page, Duplicate Page, Add Bookmark, Add Outline, Export, Open in Popup Note, or Delete.
  6. For reusable NozomuNoto templates, use Duplicate Page first and write on the copy.
  7. After page changes, test the Index and one tab again before a long planning session.

What to duplicate first

  1. Template pages: duplicate the clean template before writing.
  2. Notes pages: duplicate when one section needs more room.
  3. Daily or weekly pages: duplicate only when you intentionally want an extra planning copy, because dated pages already exist in the planner.

Safer page management

Make page changes slowly in Flexcil. Duplicate one template, test one bookmark, and test one Index link before rearranging several pages. This protects the planner from becoming hard to navigate after a big editing session.

If page actions get confusing

1. You cannot find the page again

What happens: the copied page exists, but it disappears among many thumbnails.

What to do: add a short bookmark or keep the copied page near the section where you use it.

2. A linked page moved unexpectedly

What happens: the visual order changed, and the planner feels less predictable.

What to do: test Index and one tab. If the planner feels messy, return to a clean imported copy and move only the pages you still need.

If something still feels off

If a moved page breaks your navigation, stop editing that copy and re-import the clean backup before adding more notes.

When possible, test page moves, template copies, bookmarks, or cover changes on a copied planner first, so the original download stays clean.
