GoodNotes can open links inside imported PDF planners. If planner tabs or buttons do not move to another page, check the app mode first.
Quick checks
- Use the PDF link mode for your version. On iPad, tap the link. On Android, Windows, or Web, enter read-only mode before tapping.
- Try a long press. In edit mode, long-press the linked area and choose the option to open the link if it appears.
- Test a few different links. Try a month tab, an index link, and a page button. This helps separate one broken area from an app setting issue.
- Open the same PDF in another PDF viewer. If the links work there, the PDF links are present and the issue is likely the app mode or app behavior.
- Re-import a fresh copy if needed. If the file was duplicated, flattened, or exported from another app, import the original PDF download again.

What to send if it still does not work
Send the product name, device, app version, and a short screen recording that shows how you are tapping the link. Include whether the link works in another PDF viewer.
