How to download Etsy digital files on iPad

Use Safari or another browser to download Etsy digital files on iPad, then save them to Files or import them to your app.

Etsy digital files are downloaded from Etsy in a web browser. The Etsy app may show the order, but digital file downloads usually need Safari, Chrome, or another browser.

Download steps on iPad

  1. Open Etsy in Safari. Go to etsy.com and sign in to the account used for the purchase.
  2. Go to Purchases and Reviews. Open your profile menu, then choose Purchases and Reviews.
  3. Find the NozomuNoto order. Open the order details and choose Download Files.
  4. Save the file. Save the download to the Files app, preferably in a folder you can find again.
  5. Import the PDF into your note app. Open GoodNotes, Penly, Noteshelf, or another PDF annotation app and import the downloaded PDF.

If the file is a ZIP

Tap the ZIP file in the Files app to extract it. Open the extracted folder, then import the PDF, PNG, or GoodNotes file you need.
