Supernote PDF planner setup

Use the PDF as a document or template depending on your Supernote workflow.

Supernote users usually choose between two workflows: use the planner as a PDF document, or apply PDF pages as note templates. The best option depends on whether you need hyperlinks, note features, or template behavior.

Basic setup

  1. Transfer the PDF to your Supernote. Put the file where you normally keep documents or templates.
  2. Open it as a PDF document first. Test navigation, writing, and page movement before changing your workflow.
  3. If using templates, place the PDF in MyStyle. Supernote supports applying PDF pages as templates from the customization area.
  4. Apply only the pages you need. Large multi-page PDFs used as templates can create heavier note files.
  5. Export a sample. Check a test export before relying on the setup for daily planning.
