Most purchase and download issues are caused by being signed into the wrong account, trying to download inside the Etsy app, or opening the wrong file from a ZIP folder.
Check these first
- Confirm the purchase account. Sign in to the Etsy account used at checkout.
- Use a browser for Etsy downloads. Open Etsy in Safari, Chrome, or a desktop browser.
- Check Purchases and Reviews. Open the order and look for Download Files.
- Extract ZIP files. If the download is a ZIP, open it in the Files app or on a computer before importing the PDF.
- Check your app import format. Import PDF files into PDF apps. Import PNG files as stickers or images.
When to contact NozomuNoto
Contact support if the order is from NozomuNoto but the file is missing, damaged, not opening after extraction, or different from the product listing.
