Use this page when a NozomuNoto planner, notebook, sticker file, cover, or template is already imported into Noteshelf but does not behave as expected.
Known problems to check first
- Android and iOS features may not match exactly. Use the Noteshelf Android menus when importing, bookmarking, and managing pages.
- PDF links should be tested before editing. Open a fresh copy and check the index and tabs first.
- Image-heavy pages can slow down sync or export. Use smaller sticker files when possible.
- The original download is still the safest backup. If anything looks wrong after editing, exporting, syncing, or moving pages, import a fresh copy of the original file.
- App updates can move buttons and menus. Use the current official help page for exact button names, then apply the NozomuNoto workflow from this Help Center.
Before asking for help
- Test the original NozomuNoto download or a fresh imported copy.
- Write down your device name, operating system, app name, and app version.
- Check whether the same problem happens in another PDF viewer or on another device.
- Send the product name and a short screen recording if the issue is visual or hard to describe.
