Use these steps to work with NozomuNoto PDF planners and notebooks on other e-reader devices. E-readers are best for calm writing, reading, bookmarks, page review, and light annotation, so this guide keeps the setup simple and points out where a tablet app may still be better.
Before you start
- Use the Index as the home base before jumping into monthly, weekly, template, or notes pages.
- If the product arrives in a ZIP, extract it first, then transfer the PDF file your e-reader can open.
- After the first step, test one Index link, one writing mark, and one page action before setting up the whole planner.

Use the index page on an e-reader
- Open the planner or notebook and find the index page near the beginning of the PDF or behind an Index tab.
- Use the NozomuNoto index as the printed map for sections, months, collections, templates, or notebook dividers.
- Use the return path named in this device guide: contents, bookmarks, page overview, folders, page numbers, or the device page list.
- Do not depend on an unverified e-reader link mode. The printed Index and page numbers must be enough to find your way back.
- Keep Index, current month, current week, and one notes page as your first return points.
Index page tip
On an e-reader, Index is both a planner map and a troubleshooting page. If a tap does not jump like it does in a tablet app, use Index with page overview, page numbers, contents, or bookmarks instead of guessing.
