Download and access your NozomuNoto files
Find, download, save, extract, and import NozomuNoto files from Etsy, the website, or Google Drive.
On this page
Use this page if you cannot find your files, the download email is missing, a Google Drive link opens only as a preview, or the file does not import after downloading.
Start with the purchase place
- If you bought on Etsy, use Etsy in a browser. Sign in at etsy.com with the account used for the purchase, then open Purchases and Reviews.
- If you bought on nozomunoto.com, use the order email or website account. Search your inbox for NozomuNoto, the product name, order confirmation, or download.
- Check spam, promotions, and junk folders. Download emails can be filtered away from the main inbox.
- Save the files before importing. On iPad, save to the Files app. On Android, save to Downloads or a folder you can find again.
- Extract ZIP files first. A ZIP is a package. Open or extract it before importing the PDF, PNG, GoodNotes, or other included file.
Download from Etsy
- Open Etsy in Safari, Chrome, or a desktop browser. The Etsy app may show the order, but digital file downloads usually work best from the website.
- Go to Purchases and Reviews. Find the NozomuNoto order and choose Download Files.
- Download every file shown for the order. Some listings include a main PDF, a ZIP folder, instructions, stickers, covers, or access links.
- Save the files to a clear folder. Example: Files app > On My iPad > NozomuNoto > Product Name.
- Open the correct file in your app. Import the PDF planner or notebook into your note app. Import PNG files as stickers or images.
Download from Google Drive
- Open the link in a browser. Safari or Chrome is usually easier than an app preview screen.
- Use Download, not only preview. A Drive preview lets you look at a file. The file still needs to be downloaded or saved before import.
- Download large folders one file at a time if needed. Large Drive folders may be slow or may download as a ZIP.
- Check device storage. Large planners, sticker packs, and ZIP folders need enough free space to download and extract.
- If Drive asks for access, message support with the product name and link location. Include where you found the link, such as Etsy download file, receipt, or product instructions.
Choose the right file after download
- PDF: import into GoodNotes, Notability, Noteshelf, Penly, Samsung Notes, Boox, Supernote, or another PDF annotation app.
- PNG: use as stickers, widgets, covers, or image inserts.
- ZIP: extract first, then open the files inside the extracted folder.
- GoodNotes file: open or import in GoodNotes if the product includes an app-specific GoodNotes version.
- Instruction or access PDF: open it first if the download looks small. It may contain links to the full product folder.
If you still cannot access the files
Send the purchase platform, order number, product name, purchase email, device, app, and the exact step where the download stops. If there is an error message, include a screenshot.
