Other tips and tricks for Noteshelf
Small setup tips that make NozomuNoto planners easier to use in Noteshelf.
On this page
Use these steps to work with NozomuNoto PDF planners, notebooks, stickers, covers, and template pages in Noteshelf. The official links below are for downloads, updates, and current help pages.
Before you start
- Use this as a quick checklist when something feels confusing but nothing looks broken yet.
- If the file is a ZIP, extract it before importing the PDF, PNG sticker, cover, or other app-supported file.
- After the first step, test one Index link, one writing mark, and one page action before setting up the whole planner.
Reference links
Use these for current app or device help, downloads, updates, vendor support, and manual references.
Small Noteshelf habits that help
- Use Read-Only Mode for planner links and Index links, then tap Edit when you want to write again.
- Use the Pages or Finder view when you want thumbnails, bookmarks, duplicate, copy, paste below, move, share, or trash.
- Bookmark pages by purpose, not by long product names. Index, This Month, This Week, Notes, Project, and Review are easier to scan.
- Use Duplicate before writing on reusable NozomuNoto template pages.
- Use Add > Image for PNG stickers and images, then test size and save behavior on one page first.
- Keep one clean imported copy or the original downloaded PDF untouched so you can restart if the working planner gets messy.
When Noteshelf is a good fit
Noteshelf is useful when you like a clean notebook library, Read-Only Mode for links, strong page thumbnails, bookmarks, and simple image or sticker placement. Test page duplication and links before building a heavy decorated planner.
Best Noteshelf rhythm
Use Read-Only Mode to move, Pages or Finder view to manage, and Edit mode to write. That simple rhythm prevents most accidental taps and page confusion.
Use the right Help Center article
Use import help for file access, hyperlink help for Read-Only Mode, page management help for Pages/Finder tools, sticker help for PNG images, and known problems when something behaves differently than expected.
