How to check and download NozomuNoto product updates

Check NozomuNoto order files, Library and Builder access, instruction PDFs, update folders, and product folders for new versions or replacement files.

Use this page when you want to check whether a NozomuNoto product has updated files, replacement files, corrected instructions, extra freebies, or color index files. Updates usually need to be downloaded again. They do not automatically replace the planner, notebook, sticker book, or cover file you are already using inside an app.

The safest way is to keep your active file, download the updated file separately, open it once, and only move over when you are sure it is the file you want.

Where to check first

  1. Open the original order or download page. On Etsy, open Etsy in a browser, go to Purchases and Reviews, then open the order downloads. For website purchases, use the order email, download link, Library, or Builder link included with the purchase.
  2. Open the NozomuNoto Library if the product uses Library or Builder access. Open the product again from the Library or Builder instead of relying on an old saved browser tab.
  3. Open the instruction or access PDF. Some products place the product folder, update folder, color index, tutorial guide, or extra links inside the instruction file.
  4. Check the product folder name and file date. Look for the product name, year, orientation, color, week start, version number, and file date. Download the file that matches what you purchased.
  5. Download before deleting anything. Keep your working planner or notebook until the new file opens correctly and you know whether you want to switch.

Before replacing a planner you already use

  1. Rename the new file clearly. Add "updated", the version number, or the download date so it does not get mixed with the active planner.
  2. Open the new file in your app. Check the cover, Index, tabs, monthly links, writing, and page size before using it for real planning.
  3. Do not delete the old file yet. If the old planner has handwriting, stickers, copied pages, bookmarks, or class/work notes, treat it as the active history file.
  4. Decide how to move forward. You can keep using the old file, start future planning in the new file, or manually copy only the pages that still matter.
  5. Keep one clean backup. Store an untouched updated copy outside the app before customizing the new file.

When an update is worth switching to

  • The update fixes a link, page order, date, typo, missing file, or product setup problem that affects your daily use.
  • You have not written much in the old planner yet, so moving is easy.
  • The updated version includes the color, orientation, week start, or product file you actually wanted to use.
  • The old file still works, but the new file has clearer instructions or extra files you want for future use.

If you cannot find the update

Send the purchase platform, order number, product name, current file name, and where you looked. If the link opens a Google Drive preview or request-access page, include the exact link location, such as Etsy download file, product instructions, Library page, Builder page, or product folder.

Still need help?

Send your order number, product name, device, app, and a screenshot or short screen recording if the issue is visual.
