Use these steps to work with NozomuNoto PDF planners, notebooks, stickers, covers, and template pages in Kilonotes. The official links below are for downloads, updates, and current help pages.

Choose your sticker method first

Before adding stickers to Kilonotes, check what type of sticker file you have.

  1. If you have a ZIP file, extract it first so the sticker files are visible.
  2. If you have PNG stickers, import or copy the individual PNG sticker, then place it on your planner or notebook page.
  3. If you have a sticker book or sticker sheet, open it first, then copy the sticker you want and paste it onto your planner page.
  4. Resize stickers a little at a time. If a sticker becomes blurry, it may have been enlarged too much.

Use these for current app or device help, downloads, updates, vendor help, and manual references.

Use stickers and images in Kilonotes on iPad

  1. Extract the NozomuNoto sticker ZIP so the PNG files are visible in Files, Photos, or another image location.
  2. Open the planner page where the sticker should go.
  3. Tap the picture / image tool on the Kilonotes toolbar.

  4. Choose the PNG sticker or image from the available iPad source.
  5. Resize and place one test image first.
  6. Close and reopen the planner before adding many stickers so you know the image stayed where you placed it.

Sticker file check

Most NozomuNoto sticker products include one or more of these: PNG stickers, a sticker book, a sticker sheet, or a ZIP folder. Open the product folder first so you know which method fits your files.

Resize check

PNG stickers look clearest near their original size. If a sticker looks blurry after resizing, add the original PNG again and keep it smaller.
