How to bookmark pages in Noteful

Mark important planner pages so they are faster to find in Noteful.

On this page
  1. Before you start
  2. Reference links
  3. Save useful pages in Noteful
  4. Bookmark only the pages that work like shortcuts
  5. Good bookmark choices
  6. If Bookmarks become messy
  7. If something still feels off

Use these steps to work with NozomuNoto PDF planners, notebooks, stickers, covers, and template pages in Noteful. The official links below are for downloads, updates, and current help pages.

Before you start

  • Bookmark only pages you reopen often, such as Index, current month, current week, or a copied template.
  • If the file is a ZIP, extract it before importing the PDF, PNG sticker, cover, or other app-supported file.
  • After the first step, test one Index link, one writing mark, and one page action before setting up the whole planner.

Use these for current app or device help, downloads, updates, vendor support, and manual references.

  5. Use a clear title, such as Index, Current Month, Weekly Plan, Budget, or Class Schedule.
  6. Use Bookmarks to return to that page later.

Bookmark only the pages that work like shortcuts

Bookmarks are most helpful when the list stays short. If the free version shows a bookmark limit, choose the pages that reduce the most daily friction.

Good bookmark choices

  1. Index. Best if you want one master jump point.
  2. Current weekly page. Best if the week is your command center.
  3. Current monthly page. Best if appointments and deadlines matter most.
  4. One active project, class, or routine page. Best if you keep returning to the same copied page.

If Bookmarks become messy

Delete old temporary bookmarks and keep the list practical. A bookmark list with five important pages is more useful than a bookmark list full of pages you liked once.
