How to duplicate, copy, paste, and rearrange pages in StarNote

Use page management tools in StarNote without breaking your planner setup.

On this page
  1. Official source links
  2. Manage planner pages
  3. Best practice

Use these steps to work with NozomuNoto PDF planners, notebooks, stickers, covers, and template pages in StarNote. Official source links are included below for app updates and support pages used while preparing this guide.

These are the app or device sources checked for the current guide. Use them for app updates, downloads, and vendor support.

Manage planner pages

  1. Open Page thumbnails, page manager, or notebook navigation tools available in your StarNote version or the closest page thumbnail/page overview tool.
  2. Select the page you want to duplicate, copy, move, paste, or delete.
  3. Duplicate template pages instead of deleting original linked pages.
  4. Move copied pages into the section where you plan to use them.
  5. After moving pages, test the index and a few tabs. Some apps preserve links better than others.

Best practice

Work from a duplicate copy of your planner if you are making big page changes. Keep the original download unchanged.
