How to Import a NozomuNoto PDF into Samsung Notes
Learn how to import a NozomuNoto PDF planner or notebook into Samsung Notes, choose the correct file, extract ZIP folders, and save a backup first.

Use these steps to work with NozomuNoto PDF planners, notebooks, stickers, covers, and template pages in Samsung Notes. The official links below are for downloads, updates, and current help pages.
Before importing into Samsung Notes
Make sure you are choosing the actual NozomuNoto planner or notebook PDF before opening Samsung Notes.
- Save the original download as your clean backup.
- If your download is a ZIP file, extract it first.
- Open the extracted folder.
- Choose the actual planner or notebook PDF.
- Skip the receipt, preview page, ZIP file, cover file, sticker file, and instruction-only PDF for the planner import.
- Set Samsung Notes to Split pages before importing the planner.
- After importing, open the planner, test one link, and write one small note before setting up everything.

Import the correct NozomuNoto PDF into Samsung Notes
- Save the original NozomuNoto download outside Samsung Notes as your clean backup.

Split pages and layoutChoose Split pages and the layout that matches your planner before import. Product shown: Yume Techo Academic 26-27 Landscape. - Open Samsung Notes, tap Menu (three horizontal lines), then tap the Settings gear.
PDF import buttonBack on All notes, use the PDF button to import the NozomuNoto PDF. Product shown: Yume Techo Academic 26-27 Landscape. - Tap Default note style before importing the planner.
Choose the PDFChoose the saved NozomuNoto PDF from the Android file picker. Product shown: Yume Techo Academic 26-27 Landscape. - Under Pages, choose Split pages. Under Layout, choose the orientation that matches your planner. For Yume Techo Academic Landscape, choose Landscape.
Imported plannerOpen the imported planner and check the top-right toolbar. Product shown: Yume Techo Academic 26-27 Landscape. - Go back to All notes, then tap the PDF icon.
- Select the folder where the NozomuNoto PDF is saved, select the PDF, then tap Done.
- Open the imported planner and check that the page sorter / thumbnail icon appears on the top-right toolbar.
- If you imported the planner before changing this setting, set Split pages first, then import a fresh copy. The old imported note may not gain the same page sorter or page action behavior.
Samsung Notes import checks
1. Choose the planner or notebook PDF
Use the actual NozomuNoto planner or notebook PDF from the extracted folder. Receipts, preview pages, ZIP files, cover files, sticker files, and instruction-only PDFs are not the planner file.
2. Set Split pages before import
Samsung says portrait and landscape PDFs should match the note orientation, and our Samsung Notes testing showed that the page sorter workflow depends on the note style chosen before import. Set this once, then import the clean NozomuNoto PDF you want to use.
3. Keep the first test tiny
After import, open the planner, test one Index link or month tab, and write one small note before setting up the whole planner.
