How to Change a NozomuNoto Planner Cover in Samsung Notes
Learn how to change a NozomuNoto planner or notebook cover in Samsung Notes, choose the right cover file, save a backup, and avoid replacing the wrong page.
On this page
Use these steps to work with NozomuNoto PDF planners, notebooks, stickers, covers, and template pages in Samsung Notes. The official links below are for downloads, updates, and current help pages.
Before changing your cover
Save a clean backup of your planner or notebook first. Then check what type of cover file you have.
- PDF cover: use it when you want to insert or replace a full page.
- PNG or JPG cover: use it when you want to place the cover as an image.
- App-specific cover file: use it only if it is made for Samsung Notes.
After changing the cover, check that the planner still opens correctly and keep your original planner file safe.

Change a NozomuNoto planner cover in Samsung Notes
- Save the original NozomuNoto planner or notebook outside Samsung Notes as your clean backup.
- Check whether your cover is a PDF cover, PNG/JPG cover, or an app-specific cover file.
- If you want to change the whole planner thumbnail, go to Samsung Notes Home.
- Press and hold the note, tap Edit cover, and choose the cover color or style Samsung Notes shows.
- If you have a PDF cover page, use the page sorter workflow to add, copy, or move that cover page to the front of the planner.
- If you have a PNG or JPG cover, insert it as an image on a blank or cover page, then resize it carefully.
- After changing the cover, open the planner and test the Index plus one planner tab before deleting any old cover page.
Samsung Notes cover checks
1. PDF cover and image cover are different
Use a PDF cover when you want a full page. Use a PNG or JPG cover when you want to place the cover as an image. Use an app-specific cover file only if it is made for Samsung Notes.
2. Note cover and PDF first page may differ
Samsung Notes can treat the note cover and the imported PDF pages separately. If the Home thumbnail changes but the planner first page does not, keep the NozomuNoto cover page as page one.
3. Check before deleting
Open the planner after changing the cover, test the Index and one planner tab, and keep the original planner file outside Samsung Notes. Delete old cover pages only after the new setup looks right.
