Contact NozomuNoto through the website contact page, Etsy messages, or Instagram DM with the details support needs.

Contact NozomuNoto when you cannot access a file, a download link is missing, a product does not open, a tutorial step is unclear, or you need help choosing the right product.
Best contact option by situation
- Etsy order: use Etsy messages from the same Etsy account that purchased the product.
- Website order: use the website contact page and include the website order details.
- Quick social question: use Instagram DM for a simple question, but use Etsy or website contact for order-specific help.
What to include
- Purchase place: Etsy, NozomuNoto website, or another platform.
- Order number: Etsy order number or website order number if you have it.
- Product name: include the full name, such as Yume Techo Academic 26-27 Landscape Monday, Shibui Techo Weeks, or Yume Noto v3 Portrait.
- Device and app: for example iPad + GoodNotes, Android tablet + Penly, Samsung tablet + Samsung Notes, Boox, Supernote, or Kindle Scribe.
- Exact step where it stops: download, unzip, import, open planner, tap Index, copy template page, change cover, or use stickers.
- Screenshot or short screen recording: include one if the issue is visual or hard to describe.
Before sending a screenshot
- Hide email addresses, payment details, address, order details, and private notes if they are visible.
- Circle or describe the button, error message, page, or file name that is confusing.
