Duplicate first

NozomuNoto template pages are reusable source pages. Before writing on a template page in Xodo, duplicate the page first, then write on the duplicate.

  1. Open the clean NozomuNoto template page you want to reuse.
  2. Open the Pages grid.
  3. Tap EDIT and select the clean template page.
  4. Use the selected page menu to choose Duplicate.
  5. Write, type, decorate, or plan on the duplicated page.
  6. Keep the original template page clean so you can reuse it again later.

Xodo Android template checks

1. Template pages are reusable source pages

NozomuNoto template pages live inside the PDF. Use them as clean starting pages, then duplicate before writing.

2. Duplicate before writing

Use the Xodo Android page workflow shown in this guide: Pages grid, EDIT, select the clean template, then Duplicate from the selected page menu. Write on the duplicated page and keep the original template clean.

3. Check where the duplicate lands

After duplicating, open the Pages grid and make sure the copied page sits near the section where you plan to use it.

If the template is already filled

Open a clean copy of the original PDF, find the clean template page again, and copy only the pages or notes you still need.
