How to Use NozomuNoto Template Pages in Noteshelf on Android
Learn how to duplicate, move, and reuse NozomuNoto template pages in Noteshelf on Android while keeping your original template pages clean.
On this page
Use these steps to work with NozomuNoto PDF planners, notebooks, stickers, covers, and template pages in Noteshelf. The official links below are for downloads, updates, and current help pages.
Duplicate first
NozomuNoto template pages are reusable source pages inside the PDF. Before writing on a template page in Noteshelf on Android, duplicate the page first when your version shows Duplicate, then write on the duplicate.
- Open the clean NozomuNoto template page you want to reuse.
- Open the Pages panel so thumbnails appear.
- Use the page menu to choose Duplicate when it appears, or use Copy for a page copy workflow.
- Write, type, decorate, or plan on the duplicate page.
- Keep the original template page clean so you can reuse it again later.

Noteshelf Android template checks
1. Template pages are reusable source pages
NozomuNoto template pages are PDF pages made to be copied or duplicated. Use the clean template as your source, then write on the working copy.
2. Keep the original template clean
If a template page already has writing, import a fresh copy from your saved NozomuNoto PDF and make a new duplicate from the clean template page.
3. Move the working copy slowly
After duplicating or copying a template page, use the Pages panel to move it near the section where you plan to use it. Then test Index and one main tab.
