Learn how to duplicate, move, and reuse NozomuNoto template pages in Penly while keeping your original template pages clean.

Use these steps to work with NozomuNoto PDF planners, notebooks, stickers, covers, and template pages in Penly. The official links below are for downloads, updates, and current help pages.
Duplicate first
Template pages are meant to be reused. Before writing on a template page in Penly, duplicate the page first when the page tools in your Penly version include that option, then write on the duplicate.
- Open the clean NozomuNoto template page you want to reuse.
- Open page overview.
- Copy or duplicate the clean template page.
- Move the copied page where you want to use it.
- Write on the duplicate page.
- Keep the original template page clean so you can reuse it again later.

Use NozomuNoto template pages in Penly
- Open the NozomuNoto Template Pages section.
- Tap the page overview icon, shown as a small grid near the top-left of the Penly toolbar.
- Find the clean template page you want to reuse.

- Use the page actions on the top bar, such as the stacked-pages icon for copying or duplicating.

- Write on the duplicate or copied page, not the original template page.
- Keep the original template page clean so you can reuse it again later.
Penly template checks
1. Clean original template
Template pages are reusable source pages. Keep one clean original template page and use a duplicate or copied page for real planning.
2. Page overview helps you find copies
If the copied page is hard to find later, open page overview and scan the thumbnails. Use the NozomuNoto Index page when you want to return to the planner map.
3. If you already wrote on the original
Import a fresh clean copy from your saved backup when you need a clean template again.
