  • If the file is a ZIP, extract it before importing the PDF, PNG sticker, cover, or other app-supported file.
  • After the first step, test one Index link, one writing mark, and one page action before setting up the whole planner.

Use these for current app or device help, downloads, updates, vendor support, and manual references.

Good first Noteshelf setup

Start with import, Read-Only Mode, one bookmark set, one duplicated template, and one image test. This proves the planner works before you spend time decorating or rearranging pages.

When Noteshelf feels confusing

What happens: you tap a planner tab, but Noteshelf acts like you want to write.

What to do: use Read-Only Mode for links, then Edit when you want to write.

2. Pages view feels too busy

What happens: the planner has many pages and thumbnails feel overwhelming.

What to do: bookmark only Index, current month, current week, Notes, and one active template copy.

3. Decorating starts before setup is tested

What happens: stickers and page changes happen before import, links, and page tools are understood.

What to do: test import, Read-Only Mode, Pages view, one bookmark, one duplicate, and one image first.
