Use the index as your home base

The Index page is your NozomuNoto planner map inside the PDF. In Penly, use it when you want to jump to an important section without scrolling through many pages.

  1. Open your NozomuNoto planner or notebook in Penly.
  2. Go to the Index page.
  3. Switch away from writing, image, text, shape, or selection tools so you can tap links.
  4. Tap one section name, month, template, note area, or button.
  5. Check that Penly moves to the right page.
  6. Return to the Index page whenever you feel lost.

Use these for current app or device help, downloads, updates, vendor help, and manual references.

Penly Index checks

1. Index is the planner map

The NozomuNoto Index page is built into the PDF. It is not a Penly-only feature, and it works together with planner tabs, linked buttons, and section names.

2. Run one small test

Open Index, tap one clear section name or button, check the page jump, then return to Index before testing a second link.

3. Use page overview for thumbnails

Penly page overview is useful when you want thumbnails. The NozomuNoto Index is better when you know the section, month, template, notes area, or tutorial area you want.
