Kindle Scribe known problems

Known issues and practical checks for using NozomuNoto files in Kindle Scribe.

On this page
  1. Official source links
  2. Known problems to check first
  3. Before asking for help

Use these steps to work with NozomuNoto PDF planners, notebooks, stickers, covers, and template pages in Kindle Scribe. Official source links are included below for app updates and support pages used while preparing this guide.

These are the app or device sources checked for the current guide. Use them for app updates, downloads, and vendor support.

Use this page when a NozomuNoto planner, notebook, sticker file, cover, or template is already imported into Kindle Scribe but does not behave as expected.

Known problems to check first

  • Send to Kindle can change PDF behavior. Test writing, page navigation, and links after sending the file to Kindle Scribe.
  • Planner customization is limited. Kindle Scribe is better for reading and writing than sticker-heavy or page-management workflows.
  • Supported notes depend on file type and send method. Use Amazon support pages for current file behavior and limits.
  • The original download is still the safest backup. If anything looks wrong after editing, exporting, syncing, or moving pages, import a fresh copy of the original file.
  • App updates can move buttons and menus. Use the current official help page for exact button names, then apply the NozomuNoto workflow from this Help Center.

Before asking for help

  1. Test the original NozomuNoto download or a fresh imported copy.
  2. Write down your device name, operating system, app name, and app version.
  3. Check whether the same problem happens in another PDF viewer or on another device.
  4. Send the product name and a short screen recording if the issue is visual or hard to describe.

Still need help?

Send your order number, product name, device, app, and a screenshot or short screen recording if the issue is visual.
