Choose your Kindle Scribe problem first

Start with the symptom you see, then use the matching path before changing many settings.

  1. Planner missing: send the actual planner or notebook PDF, not the ZIP, receipt, preview page, or instruction-only PDF.
  2. Links stay on the page: tap with your finger, test one Index link, and keep Kindle Scribe software current.
  3. Writing issue: confirm the file was sent through a writable Kindle Scribe document route and test one small mark.
  4. Covers, templates, stickers, or page tools feel limited: prepare those changes before sending a new PDF copy to Kindle Scribe.
  5. File feels slow: close extra documents, check storage, update the device, and test a clean copy.
  6. Need a closer look: send the product name, device model, software version if known, exact issue, and a screenshot or short video with private writing hidden.

Use these for current app or device help, downloads, updates, vendor help, and manual references.

Use the Amazon Send to Kindle page

Open https://www.amazon.com/sendtokindle to send the actual NozomuNoto planner or notebook PDF to the Amazon account linked to your Kindle Scribe. After it appears in your Kindle library, download it on Kindle Scribe, open the document, then test one Index link and one writing mark before daily planning.

  1. Delete the old document from Kindle Scribe or your Kindle library, restart Kindle Scribe, then send the actual PDF again.
  2. If the web upload gives a bad result, download the PDF to your phone and use Share > Kindle app to send it.
  3. You can also email the PDF to your Kindle address. Find the address in Amazon Manage Your Content and Devices > Preferences > Personal Document Settings, then send only from an approved email address.
  4. If you see a Personal Document Automatic Conversion setting in that area, leave it enabled for this resend. If that setting is not there, continue with the clean resend, phone, or email method.
  5. When testing planner links, tap with your finger. If your toolbar has a pointer or hand tool, choose that before tapping planner tabs or Index links.

Kindle Scribe problem paths

1. Planner missing after Send to Kindle

Use the actual NozomuNoto PDF. Skip ZIP files, receipts, previews, cover files, sticker files, and instruction-only PDFs for the device copy.

Tap with your finger, start with one large Index link, reopen the document, and keep Kindle Scribe software current.

3. Writing issue

Confirm the file was sent through a route that lets Kindle Scribe write on the document. Test one small mark before writing many pages.

4. Covers, templates, stickers, and page tools feel limited

Kindle Scribe is strongest for reading, writing, review, navigation, and bookmarks. Prepare heavier page, cover, template, or sticker changes before sending a new PDF copy.

5. File feels slow

Close extra documents, check storage, update the device, and compare with a clean PDF copy before changing the main planner.
