How to change your cover in Kindle Scribe

Change or replace the front cover of a NozomuNoto planner in Kindle Scribe.

On this page
  1. Official source links
  2. Change or manage the visible cover
  3. E-reader note

This guide is for using NozomuNoto PDF planners, notebooks, stickers, covers, and template pages in Kindle Scribe. App buttons can move after updates, so the official source links below are included for the current vendor help pages.

Use these for the newest app or device instructions. NozomuNoto steps explain how those tools apply to our PDF planners and notebooks.

Change or manage the visible cover

  1. Check whether your e-reader uses the first PDF page, a document thumbnail, or a separate cover setting.
  2. If it uses the first page, place the cover page at the beginning of the PDF before importing, or choose a planner version with the cover you want.
  3. If the device does not support cover changes, use folders and clear file names to keep planners organized.
  4. Avoid deleting important linked pages just to change a thumbnail.

E-reader note

E-reader cover behavior is usually less flexible than GoodNotes or Penly. Treat the cover as part of the PDF, not as a separate notebook setting.
