30-day full refund policy
If you are not satisfied with your NozomuNoto digital purchase, contact us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
Email [email protected] with your order number, the email used for your purchase, and the product name. Please do not send payment card details.
For Etsy purchases, you may also message NozomuNoto from your Etsy order so we can find the correct purchase. Approved refunds are returned through the original purchase platform and payment method. The time until the refund appears depends on that platform and your payment provider.
