Use these steps to work with NozomuNoto PDF planners, notebooks, stickers, covers, and template pages in Penly. The official links below are for downloads, updates, and current help pages.

Before importing into Penly

Make sure you are importing the correct file.

  1. Save the original download as your clean backup.
  2. If your download is a ZIP file, extract it first.
  3. Open the extracted folder.
  4. Choose the actual planner or notebook PDF.
  5. Try not to import the receipt, preview page, ZIP file, cover file, sticker file, or instruction-only PDF as your planner.
  6. After importing, open the file in Penly, test one link, and write one small note before setting up everything.

Use these for current app or device help, downloads, updates, vendor help, and manual references.

Import a NozomuNoto PDF into Penly

  1. Save the original NozomuNoto download as your clean backup.
  2. If the download is a ZIP file, extract it first and open the extracted folder.
  3. Choose the actual planner or notebook PDF, not the receipt, preview page, ZIP file, cover file, sticker file, or instruction-only PDF.
  4. Open Penly and stay on the My Notes library screen.

  5. Tap the blue + button in the lower-right corner.
  6. Tap Import Document.

  7. In the Android file picker, open the place where the PDF is saved, such as Drive, My Files, or OneDrive.
  8. Select the NozomuNoto PDF, tap Select, then open the imported planner from the Penly library.
  9. Test one planner link and write one small note before setting up everything.

Penly import checks

  • Use the planner PDF. Penly should receive the actual NozomuNoto planner or notebook PDF, not a ZIP, receipt, preview page, cover file, sticker file, or instruction-only PDF.
  • Keep a clean backup. Save one original copy outside Penly so you can import again if the wrong file was chosen.
  • Test before full setup. Open the imported PDF, tap one link, and write one small note before arranging pages, stickers, covers, or decoration.
