Use this page when a NozomuNoto planner, notebook, sticker file, cover, or template is already imported into Noteful but does not behave as expected.

Known problems to check first

• Import location matters. A PDF imported as a new notebook is easier to manage than a PDF inserted into the wrong existing notebook.
• Links should be tested before heavy editing. If links fail after page changes, re-test with a fresh imported copy of the original PDF.
• Page changes can affect your workflow. Duplicate templates before moving or deleting pages so you can restore a clean version.
• The original download is still the safest backup. If anything looks wrong after editing, exporting, syncing, or moving pages, import a fresh copy of the original file.
• App updates can move buttons and menus. Use the current official help page for exact button names, then apply the NozomuNoto workflow from this Help Center.

Before asking for help

1. Test the original NozomuNoto download or a fresh imported copy.
2. Write down your device name, operating system, app name, and app version.
3. Check whether the same problem happens in another PDF viewer or on another device.
4. Send the product name and a short screen recording if the issue is visual or hard to describe.
