Use these steps to work with NozomuNoto PDF planners, notebooks, stickers, covers, and template pages in CollaNote. The official links below are for downloads, updates, and current help pages.

Before you start

  • Open the original PDF and test links before decorating, duplicating, or exporting pages.
  • If the file is a ZIP, extract it before importing the PDF, PNG sticker, cover, or other app-supported file.
  • After the first step, test one Index link, one writing mark, and one page action before setting up the whole planner.

Use these for current app or device help, downloads, updates, vendor support, and manual references.

  1. Open the imported NozomuNoto PDF note.
  2. Tap the hand / navigation tool before using planner tabs and Index links.

  4. If the tap writes, selects, or opens a tool instead, switch back to the hand / navigation tool and test again.
  5. Return to pen, highlighter, eraser, shapes, image, or text tools only after the link jump works.
  6. Import a fresh copy of the original PDF if links stop working after heavy page edits.
  1. Test one tab. Tap a clear month, section, or Index tab.
  2. Test one inside link. From the Index or monthly page, tap a weekly, daily, template, or notes link.
  3. Return and write. After the jump works, switch back to a writing tool and write one small test note.

1. The wrong tool is active

What happens: tapping a planner tab writes, selects, or opens editing controls instead of moving.

What to do: choose the hand / navigation tool and tap the same link again.

2. The working copy has too many edits

What happens: links worked before, then became harder to use after page changes or exports.

What to do: import a fresh copy of the original PDF and test the same link before editing more pages.

3. The file itself needs checking

What happens: the same link does not work in Apple Files or another PDF viewer either.

What to do: contact NozomuNoto with the product name, exact page, link tapped, device, iPadOS version, and CollaNote version.
