How to use the index page in Noteshelf

Use the NozomuNoto index page as the main map inside Noteshelf.

On this page
  1. Before you start
  2. Reference links
  3. Use the index page in Noteshelf
  4. Index vs Pages view
  5. Good first return points
  6. If the Index feels overwhelming
  7. If something still feels off

Use these steps to work with NozomuNoto PDF planners, notebooks, stickers, covers, and template pages in Noteshelf. The official links below are for downloads, updates, and current help pages.

Before you start

  • Use the Index as the home base before jumping into monthly, weekly, template, or notes pages.
  • If the file is a ZIP, extract it before importing the PDF, PNG sticker, cover, or other app-supported file.
  • After the first step, test one Index link, one writing mark, and one page action before setting up the whole planner.

Use these for current app or device help, downloads, updates, vendor support, and manual references.

Use the index page in Noteshelf

  1. Open the NozomuNoto planner or notebook in Noteshelf.
  2. Find the index near the beginning of the file or behind the Index tab.
  3. Turn on Read-Only Mode.

Index vs Pages view

Use the NozomuNoto Index when you already know the section you want. Use Noteshelf Pages or Finder view when you want thumbnails, bookmarks, duplicate, copy, move, share, trash, or other page tools.

Good first return points

  1. Index: the main planner map.
  2. Current month: fixed dates, bills, appointments, and deadlines.
  3. Current week: the page that holds this week.
  4. Notes or Today: one simple place for overflow or action.

If the Index feels overwhelming

Use one path only: Index to Monthly, Monthly to this week, and this week to today or Notes. Leave optional sections alone until they solve a real problem.
