Purchasing and download problems

Fix common purchase and download issues before importing your NozomuNoto PDF into an app.

Use this page when the purchase went through but the download path is not behaving normally. This is for problems such as a gray Etsy download button, missing order, Library verification not working, Builder file-ready page problems, Google Drive showing only a preview, ZIP files not opening, or the final PDF refusing to import.

First 5 checks

  1. Use the right purchase place. Etsy orders live in Etsy Purchases and Reviews. Website orders use the NozomuNoto receipt, Library, or Builder path.
  2. Use a browser for Etsy digital downloads. Open etsy.com in Safari, Chrome, or a computer browser. Do not depend on the Etsy app for the file download.
  3. Check whether the first file is an instruction file. Some Etsy downloads are small PDFs that lead to NozomuNoto Library, Builder, Google Drive, tutorials, or shortcut files.
  4. Save before importing. Download to Files, Downloads, or a clear folder before sending the PDF to GoodNotes, Penly, Samsung Notes, or another app.
  5. Extract ZIP files first. If the download is a ZIP, open or extract it before trying to import the PDF, PNG stickers, or app-specific GoodNotes file.

Etsy order or payment problem

  • Download Files is gray: payment may still be processing. Wait a few minutes, refresh Etsy in the browser, and check the order again.
  • You cannot see the order: check whether you are signed into the Etsy account used at checkout. If you checked out as a guest, use the Etsy receipt email.
  • The Etsy app has no file button: open Etsy in a browser and go to Purchases and Reviews. The app is not the reliable place for digital file downloads.
  • The receipt email is missing: check spam, junk, Social, Promotions, and search for Etsy, NozomuNoto, receipt, or the product name.

NozomuNoto Library problem

  • Email is not accepted: use the Etsy order number first. New purchases and private-relay emails can take time to sync.
  • Order number is not accepted: copy it from the Etsy receipt or Purchases and Reviews page, remove extra spaces, and check that it is the NozomuNoto order.
  • Library opens but the product is missing: refresh once, then message with the order number and product name so I can check the access record.
  • You are asked to verify again: enter the same order number. This can happen when opening a direct Builder link before opening the Library.

Builder download problem

  • It says Your file is ready, but you cannot find the PDF: tap the red Download file button again, then check the browser download panel and Files/Downloads folder.
  • The browser download panel says site was not available: turn off VPN if you are using one, keep the Builder tab open, refresh, and try Download file again.
  • The wrong version was generated: start over from the correct Builder link and check product name, week start, orientation, color, and layout before building.
  • The page freezes while building: wait a little, then refresh only if it clearly stopped. Large planners can take longer than small downloads.

Google Drive problem

  • It opens as a preview: use the Google Drive download option before importing into a note app. A preview is only for viewing.
  • It asks to request access: do not request access right away. Go back to the official NozomuNoto download instruction file or Library link first. If the official link still requests access, send the link location and product name.
  • The folder has many files: choose the file that matches your product, device, week start, color, orientation, and file type.
  • Download is slow: use a stable connection, avoid VPN if it causes errors, and keep the tab open until the download finishes.

File opens wrong, damaged, or unsupported

  • ZIP will not open: download again first. A partially downloaded ZIP can look complete but fail when extracted.
  • PDF will not open: check file size, then test it in Files, Adobe Reader, or another PDF viewer before importing into a note app.
  • PNG stickers are not a planner: PNG files are images/stickers. Import them as images or stickers, not as a planner PDF.
  • App-specific GoodNotes file will not import into another app: use the PDF version instead. GoodNotes files are made for GoodNotes workflows.
  • Planner imports but links do not work: switch the app to read/view/navigation mode. Writing mode often places ink instead of following PDF links.

What details to send to NozomuNoto

Send the purchase platform, order number, product name, current file name, device, browser, app, and the exact step where it stops. If the issue is visual, include a screenshot of the Etsy download page, Library page, Builder ready screen, Google Drive preview, Downloads folder, ZIP folder, or app error.
