How to Use NozomuNoto Template Pages in Noteful
Learn how to copy, move, and reuse NozomuNoto template pages in Noteful while keeping your original template pages clean.

Use these steps to work with NozomuNoto PDF planners, notebooks, stickers, covers, and template pages in Noteful. The official links below are for downloads, updates, and current help pages.
Copy first
Template pages are meant to be reused. Before writing on a NozomuNoto template page in Noteful, make a working copy or insert a fresh working page, then write on that page.
- Open the clean template page you want to use.
- Open Grid view to see the page in the full planner.
- Use Noteful page tools such as Copy, Paste, or Insert for your working page.
- Move the copied or inserted page near the section where you want to use it.
- Write, type, decorate, or add stickers on the working page.
- Keep the original NozomuNoto template page clean so you can reuse it again later.
- Keep the original PDF outside Noteful as the reset copy.

Use NozomuNoto template pages in Noteful
- Open the planner and go to the NozomuNoto Template Pages section from Index or Grid view.
- Tap Grid view to see all pages in gallery view.
Find template pages in Grid viewUse Noteful Grid view to find clean Yume Techo template pages before adding or recreating working pages. - Find the clean template page before writing on it.
- Use Noteful page tools such as Copy, Paste, or Insert for the working page.
- Move the copied or inserted page where you want to use it.
- Write, type, decorate, or add stickers on the working page only.
- Keep the clean original NozomuNoto PDF outside Noteful as your reset copy.
NozomuNoto templates and Noteful paper are different
NozomuNoto Template Pages are PDF pages inside the planner. They can include the same style, tabs, and product structure as the planner. Noteful paper templates are app backgrounds. Both are useful, but they are not the same thing.
Useful template workflow
- Find the clean page. Use the Index or Grid view.
- Make a working page. Use Copy, Paste, or Insert before writing.
- Move the working page. Put it near the section where you will use it.
- Name or bookmark the active page. This helps you find it again.
- Keep the original PDF outside Noteful. That is your reset copy.
When the clean template is already filled
Re-import the original NozomuNoto PDF and copy the clean page again. This is why the original download should stay outside Noteful.
