Use these steps to work with NozomuNoto PDF planners, notebooks, stickers, covers, and template pages in StarNote. The official links below are for downloads, updates, and current help pages.
Before moving pages
Save a clean backup of your planner or notebook before changing page order, deleting pages, or experimenting with template pages.
- Index pages: they are your main planner map.
- Template source pages: keep one clean reusable page.
- Main section pages: they may be linked from tabs, buttons, or Index areas.
- Tutorial pages: they explain how the planner works.
- Pages with important links: test navigation after changes.
- Filled pages: copy or export important writing before deleting anything.
Safe workflow: duplicate first, edit the duplicate, and keep the original file saved outside StarNote.

Manage pages in StarNote on Android
- Open the planner or notebook.
- Tap the Document overview icon on the top toolbar.

- Tap the three-dot menu on that thumbnail.
Page action menuThe page menu shows Add blank page, Add to custom paper, Add to outline, Duplicate, Copy, and Delete. Product shown: Yume Techo Academic 26-27 Landscape. - Use Add a blank page after the current, Add to custom paper, Add to outline, Duplicate current page, Copy the current page, or Delete the current page as needed.
- For reusable planner templates, duplicate one clean template page first instead of editing the original.
- After duplicating, copying, moving, or deleting pages, test the Index and a few main tabs again before writing more.
StarNote Android page checks
1. Use page tools on working pages
StarNote gives useful page actions from the Document overview menu. Use them slowly, especially when the page is linked from tabs, buttons, or the Index.
2. Duplicate before editing
If you only need another copy of a planner page, Duplicate current page is usually the clearest option. Edit the duplicate, not the original template source page.
3. Test links after page changes
After changing page order or deleting pages, test the Index, one main tab, and one page link before a long planning session.
