Does my NozomuNoto purchase include an app or an app subscription?

Files: Supplied product files. An app-ready product file does not activate an app license.

Your NozomuNoto planner or notebook is a product file that you open in a compatible app. The app download, account, and any paid app features are separate from that file.

If your download includes an app-ready file, it is content for the named app. It does not activate an app license or subscription.

Do I need a paid app or subscription?

It depends on the app, your device, and the features you want. A PDF file does not require a subscription by itself, but your chosen app may charge for the tools or storage you need.

Before paying, check the app maker's current options. For example, Goodnotes and Notability publish their own plan information. Features and access can differ by platform and account.

Check these before setting up your planner

  1. Read the product file list. Check whether your download is a PDF, PNG sticker set, cover file, or an app-ready file.
  2. Use the guide for your device and app. An iPad guide does not establish the same features on Android, Windows, or the web.
  3. Check the app's current plan. Look for PDF import, writing, planner links, page tools, and export or backup.
  4. Test a small setup first. Open your file, test one link, write a note, close and reopen it, and check that your writing is saved before setting up everything.

What if the app asks me to pay?

Check which app and feature the payment screen names. An app's upgrade or renewal screen is separate from a NozomuNoto product download. Use the app maker's billing help for questions about its subscription or account.

If you are unsure which NozomuNoto file to open, send me the product name, device, and app. A screenshot of the file list or message helps too. Please hide payment details.
