How to Manage NozomuNoto Planner Pages in Flexcil on iPad
Learn how to manage NozomuNoto pages in Flexcil, including duplicating, moving, copying, deleting, and organizing pages safely.

Use these steps to work with NozomuNoto PDF planners, notebooks, stickers, covers, and template pages in Flexcil. The official links below are for downloads, updates, and current help pages.
Before moving pages
Save a clean backup of your planner or notebook before changing page order, deleting pages, or experimenting with template pages in Flexcil.
- Index pages. They are your main planner map.
- Template source pages. Keep a clean master for reuse.
- Main section pages. They may be linked from tabs, buttons, or Index areas.
- Tutorial pages. They explain how the planner works.
- Pages with important links. Test navigation after changes.
- Already-filled pages. Export or copy important writing before deleting anything.
Safe workflow: duplicate first, edit the duplicate, and keep the original file saved outside Flexcil.

Manage pages in Flexcil
- Open the document in Flexcil.
- Open Page Navigation so the thumbnails appear on the right.

- Open the page action menu under that thumbnail.

Product shown: Yume Techo Academic 26-27 Landscape. - Use the visible Flexcil actions: Add Page, Duplicate Page, Add Bookmark, Add Outline, Export, Open in Popup Note, or Delete.
- For reusable NozomuNoto templates, use Duplicate Page first and write on the copy.
- After page changes, test the Index and one tab again before a long planning session.
What to duplicate first
- Template pages: duplicate the clean template before writing.
- Notes pages: duplicate when one section needs more room.
- Daily or weekly pages: duplicate only when you intentionally want an extra planning copy, because dated pages already exist in the planner.
Safer page management
Make page changes slowly in Flexcil. Duplicate one template, test one bookmark, and test one Index link before rearranging several pages. This protects the planner from becoming hard to navigate after a big editing session.
If page actions get confusing
1. The page is hard to find again
What happens: the copied page exists, but it disappears among many thumbnails.
What to do: add a short bookmark or keep the copied page near the section where you use it.
2. A linked page moved unexpectedly
What happens: the visual order changed, and the planner feels less predictable.
What to do: test Index and one tab. If the planner feels messy, return to a clean imported copy and move only the pages you still need.
